Senegal star Sadio Manner is set to end a six-year love affair against Liverpool. Rumor has it that the 30-year-old forward is moving to German club Bayern Munich. Fabrizio Romano, a well-known football transfer journalist, confirmed the matter.

Earlier, he was the first to inform about MBAP’s stay in PSG. This time he confirmed the quality of leaving Liverpool. “Sadio means he has decided to leave Liverpool this summer,” said Romano. The matter will be confirmed by the club authorities very soon.

Romano then added, “Bayern Munich are trying to get him into the team. However, nothing is final yet. Other clubs can also compete to get Mane in the team.

Meanwhile, the UK-based media Mirror reports that Sadio Mane has told his team-mates that he will be leaving the club this summer, following the loss to Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League final. This means that he has already said that he will decide whether the club will stay or not after the Champions League final. However, no message has been received from him about which club he will go to.

That means he joined Liverpool from English club Southampton in 2016. Then he spent one of the best time of his career. He has scored 90 goals in 198 matches for the club. The Allreds have won two Champions League trophies in the last six years, one each in the Premier League, the FA Cup, the Carabo Cup, the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup.

This means great this season. He has scored 23 goals in 51 matches in all competitions. In the 2021-22 season, he is running for the Ballon d’Or. Meanwhile, his contract with Liverpool has another one year. The Senegalese forward has already decided to leave the club.

Earlier in the day, Sky Sport Germany reported that Bayern Sporting Director Hassan Salihamizic had met Mane Mane earlier this month. If all goes well, Mane will be seen in the Bundesliga next season.
