BGMEA director Imranur Rahman has been elected as the first Bangladeshi to be elected vice-president of the International Federation of Corporate Football (FIFCO).
Imranur Rahman, one of the most successful football players in corporate football, captain of Bando, the most successful football team in Bangladesh and a successful organizer of corporate football, has recently been appointed as the Vice President Strategic Development of FIFCO. He is also the Managing Director of Laila Group and the Director of BGMEA.
The International Federation of Corporate Football (FIFCO) is the governing body of corporate football worldwide, headquartered in Montreal, Canada. FIFCO is the sole organizer of World Corporate Football, the official organizer of the World Corporate Champions Cup, consisting of 2.5 million players from 150,000 companies in 75 countries around the world.
Imranur Rahman dreams that our next generation will stay away from intoxication and play football. In response to this prestigious appointment, he said, “I am indebted to my father Siddiqur Rahman, who has always supported my love and passion for football, and my mother, through whose prayers all my successes have been achieved.” I would like to thank all the players and supporters of the Bando football team who have inspired me to pursue my big dream.
